- Provide an overview of audit and feedback, a quality improvement intervention, from the theoretical perspective;
- Present research findings on the characteristics of feedback that make it most effective;
- Demonstrate two case examples of studies that have used evidence-based design of audit and feedback to design the feedback interventions.
The intended audience for this presentation is researchers and anyone seeking to design a new audit and feedback or improve the implementation of an existing one.
