Are you a researcher with experience in D&I research? Please contribute to this survey about health equity created by Maria Mora, MD, MS, a Preventive Medicine Resident at UW-Madison. The survey takes approximately 5 minutes (or less) to complete, and will gather information regarding your experience with health equity research.  Your responses will help Dr. Mora design a “health equity toolkit” for researchers in the medical field, especially for those that are in the implementation and dissemination phase of their research. Your help is much appreciated!
