Configurational Data Analysis with QCA and CNA for Health Researchers
VA Health Services Research and Development Cyberseminars
Date(s): March 2, 2017
Presented by: Michael Bumgartner and Alrik Thiem
This seminar provides an introduction to causal modelling with Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) and Coincidence Analysis (CNA), the two most prominent configurational comparative methods of causal discovery. Participants will not only be guided through the nuts and bolts of configurational data analysis, but they will also learn how to make the most of current software for QCA and CNA.
This seminar is being offered through the QUERI Implementation Network series and is suitable for all researchers from the health sciences interested in exploring the analytical potential of QCA and CNA for their research projects as well as health researchers who have already used configurational methods.
