Faculty Position at UCLA Department of Psychology [Apply before October 6, 2017]
The UCLA Department of Psychology seeks applications for a full‐ time, tenure‐track/tenured assistant or early associate professor with an established program of research in intervention and/or dissemination and implementation science informed by psychological theory and research to improve behavioral or physical health outcomes.
Teaching responsibilities include graduate courses in intervention and/or dissemination and implementation science and undergraduate service courses in any area of psychology.
Potential area affiliations for this position within the Department of Psychology include clinical, health, social, and other areas. Ample opportunities exist for collaborative research with faculty in the Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center, David Geffen School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, and the Fielding School of Public Health, with implementation opportunities within the UCLA Health System. Individuals with scholarship regarding these topics in underrepresented groups (e.g., health disparities/equity) or with a history of and commitment to mentoring students from underrepresented minorities are encouraged to apply.
