IHI Annual Summit 2018

The 2018 IHI Annual Summit encourages health care professionals from community hospitals, primary care practices, and those working in specialty and ambulatory care centers to join and learn hands-on skills and tactics for addressing the unique challenges found in these settings. From integrating and prioritizing primary care into health systems, implementing new “visit” models and technology, empowering and engaging physicians and patients, to best practices around chronic disease and behavioral health, and managing populations, this summit will teach attendees how to tackle these issues using improvement methodologies.

IHI will start accepting speaker proposals in September 2017, and storyboard proposals in January 2018.
