The National Forum, hosted by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), showcases improvement science being applied to some of the world’s most pressing challenges in delivering high quality, safe care. The goal is to energize a fleet of change agents ready to lead the way to better health care worldwide. The event includes multiple workshops, presentations, storyboard walkarounds, keynotes, and forum excursions.

The theme for the National Forum is “Making Health Care Better for All“. There are ten tracks for this event:

Practitioners and professionals looking to effect real change in the health care community using quality improvement methods are encouraged to attend.

Event organizers are accepting speaker proposals from individuals actively using quality improvement to lead change in their organization. The deadline to submit proposals is April 9, 2018.
