Applications accepted on a rolling basis!

The V-STTaR K12 program is an implementation science career development award funded by NHLBI. It provides career development and training for researchers to improve health and healthcare delivery by closing the gap between evidence and practice in heart, lung, blood, and sleep disorders. Scholars must be able to devote 75% full time professional effort and qualify for a faculty position at Vanderbilt or Meharry.

To apply to the program, please submit a Letter of Intent. This will include your CV and a two page Candidate Statement about your background, research interests, career goals and how V-STTaR will help advance these goals. Invited candidates will be asked to complete a 3 page application detailing the proposed project’s specific aims, study design, and significance. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

More details about the V-STTaR K12 Program can be found on the V-STTaR website or by contacting the Program Manager (Vivian Yeh – vivian.m.yeh@vumc.org).
