Advanced Topics in Implementation Science Webinar: Fireside Chat on Qualitative Methods in Implementation Science
Date(s): Tuesday, March 26, 2:00-3:00pm ET
Hosted by the National Cancer Institute’s Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences, Dr. David Chambers will be joined by Dr. Suzanne Heurtin-Roberts, Dr. Alison Hamilton, and Dr. Larry Palinkas for a discussion on qualitative methods in implementation science. Drs. Heurtin-Roberts, Hamilton, and Palinkas all contributed to the recently released Qualitative Methods in Implementation Science (QualRIS) white paper which focuses on the multiple ways in which qualitative methods can be effectively used to answer a range of high priority implementation science questions and describes resources available to the field. The QualRIS paper will serve as a jumping off point for the session and a broader discussion of qualitative methods will follow.
