Recruitment is underway for new PCORI advisory panel members
The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) is now accepting nominations and applications for open seats on research advisory panels. These panels provide valuable direction and refinement of comparative clinical effectiveness research questions, approaches to potential funding, engagement of health care stakeholder partners in research, and input on study design and methodologies. The Clinical Effectiveness and Decision Science (CEDS) advisory panel is particularly interested in participation by patients, caregivers, representatives of patient advocacy organizations, clinicians, researchers, and policy makers. Persons who have a background in health literacy, numeracy, and/or risk communication, dissemination and implementation research are encouraged to apply.
If you or anyone you know is interested in serving on the CEDS advisory panel or you would like to nominate a candidate, the deadline to submit applications and nominations is 5pm ET on Friday, March 27. You can find details about the CEDS advisory panel and the application process here.
