The Department of Health Outcomes and Biomedical Informatics at the University of Florida is seeking outstanding candidates for Postdoctoral Fellowship in Implementation Science. The position is fully funded for a two-year period. The goal is to provide a mentored training experience in various stages of Implementation Science including research design, intervention development, analysis, and presentation.

The chosen candidate will work under the supervision of Drs. Ramzi Salloum and Ryan Theis. Candidates should have an interest in testing the implementation of evidence-based interventions in clinical settings, qualitative and mixed methods research, developing health communication and dissemination strategies, supporting decisions with theoretical methods and evidence, and conducting analysis from complex research designs.

The program is structured to enhance career development in Implementation Science by including an interdisciplinary mentoring team and an Individual Development Plan to customize the training experience.
