The Health Systems Advisor for Knowledge Management and Program Learning is located in the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Office of Health Systems. USAID’s Vision for Health System Strengthening 2030 integrates activities across core functions and orients investments toward improving priority health system outcomes. The Advisor will coordinate and lead the knowledge management agenda of this Vision to promote and apply learning about health systems performance to improve the health and well-being of people in low- and middle-income countries. This includes supporting key aspects of Vision implementation, such as the health systems strengthening learning agenda and other monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning activities. The Advisor will support activities intended to generate and promote the uptake of evidence, as well as actively apply complex systems analysis in support of USAID’s global health priorities.
