Implementation Manager, UNC-Chapel Hill
The Implementation Specialist serves as the primary implementation science subject matter expert and an implementation coach for funded state projects that are supported by the Maternal Health Learning & Innovation Center (MHLIC), located in the Maternal and Child Health Department at UNC-Chapel Hill. The states supported via implementation coaching by this position are new MCHB awardees from around the country with both established and emerging innovation. Responsibilities include delivering a range of implementation supports for up to five MCHB-funded state grantees; developing and supporting dissemination of implementation tools, measures, and other resources; and building and delivering implementation science learning resources for maternal health audiences around the country.
The position is currently a hybrid position, with at least two days/week at UNC-Chapel Hill and other days with a remote option.
