Research Implementation Facilitator (Project Officer), Peninsula Health

The implementation facilitator will play a key role in the feasibility trial of an externally funded research project being conducted by senior researchers within the Academic Unit at Peninsula Health. The primary objective of the project is to develop and test a digital health solution for summarizing and sharing an agreed set of data considered critical during the medical transfer of Aged Care residents. The implementation facilitator will support six sites (four aged care homes, an ambulance, and a hospital) for the duration of the trial, helping them navigate implementation challenges and collecting qualitative data on their experiences.
