Assistant or Associate Professor of Implementation Science, Vanderbilt University School of Medicine (VUMC)
VUMC invites applications for an Assistant or Associate Professor with expertise in implementation science and its application to improve healthcare delivery and health outcomes. The selected candidate will join a large and growing group of researchers in VUMC’s Center for Clinical Quality and Implementation Research (CCQIR), who lead investigator-initiated research and collaborate with academic and operational programs across the medical center in a learning health system.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated methodologic expertise and a track record of funding, either as a principal investigator or as a methodology co-investigator. Both tenure track and non-tenure track candidates will be considered. The faculty appointment will be in the academic department most aligned with the candidate’s background and interests, such as the Department of Health Policy, Department of Medicine, Department of Biomedical Informatics, or other. This position is based in Nashville, TN.
