Cultivating Trust and Navigating Power, The Center for Implementation

In implementation, collaboration is key. Being able to cultivate trust and navigate power dynamics are essential for creating change, yet they’re rarely taught in practical ways. This course was created to show participants how authentic collaboration can transform their change efforts. Throughout eight modules, the course will help participants dig deep into what trust and power truly are, show participants how to assess individual and inter-organizational relationships, and empower participants with tangible actions that they can move forward with immediately.

This course is designed for professionals across all fields and will be especially helpful to teams that provide implementation support. It is 100% online and asynchronous. All course content will be available until February 1, 2025.
