Implementation Specialists, University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill

UNC-Chapel Hill is seeking applications for three (3) Implementation Specialists at the Frank Porter Graham (FPG) Child Development Institute. The positions will join The Impact Center at FPG team and work across 1–2 implementation support projects. One project focuses on the cross-sector, community-based scale-up of the Triple P – Positive Parenting Program across NC. The second focuses on a summer literacy program delivered to students in grades 1-3 through faith-based organizations in rural NC counties. The Implementation Specialists will serve as Implementation Support Practitioners, delivering tailored implementation supports—involving strategies for both individual/group behavior change and organization/system improvement—to community coalitions and/or child and family-serving organizations to support their effective implementation of evidence-based or evidence-informed programs and practices.
