The KT Canada Summer Institute provides junior faculty, research staff, postdoctoral researchers, and graduate students with the opportunity to increase their understanding of KT research, develop their careers, and receive mentorship from national and international KT experts. Held annually in June, the Summer Institute is an intensive 2.5-day, in-person training program that includes academic poster presentations, interactive learning, and networking opportunities to advance the science and practice of KT and build capacity in implementation science/knowledge mobilization across the country. The theme for the 2025 Summer Institute will be “Learning Health Systems.”

The Summer Institute is aimed at graduate students, postdoctoral and clinical fellows, and junior faculty who study issues relevant to KT and those who want to learn more about how to advance their research skills in this area. The registration fee for trainees and fellows will be $480 CAD for trainees and fellows and $1,075 CAD for junior faculty and research staff.
